| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: System had positive coliform in October and did take four repeats. The system failed to take five temporary routines in November and has taken the required sample in December. Spoke with Fritz by phone today and discussed the need to take the four repeats within 24 hours and five temporary routines in the following month. Discussed the new groundwater rules that require the system to test the well supplying the positive sample site for future reference. ACTION NEEDED: If there is a future positive coliform, must sample from source. | ||
