| Details: | SUMMARY: monitoring violation DETAILS: I called system and reminded them to continue monitoring for SOCs until further notice due to previous detections, one above the MCL. I reminded them to take the test from the well head directly. At the request of the operator I sent them a letter on 12/1/09 outlining the additional monitoring requirement for above mentioned SOC. 12/8/09 System took a sample for Di(2-Ethylhexyl) Phthalate and the result was negative.
