| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies DETAILS: Follow up to sanitary survey deficiencies. Expired calibration standards have been replaced. Turbidity monitoring is now being taken daily at a tap upstream. Contact time is calculated daily. A new chlorinator and reservoir tank has been installed to allow for chlorination proportional to flow. A riser/lid assembly has been installed creating a shoebox type lid. A flap valve has been installed on the overflow drain of the reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
