| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed installation of arsenic treatment system DETAILS: I called Cole to get an update on whether the arsenic treatment system was operational, or whether more time was needed. Cole stated that the system was in place, but a booster pump and well pump were being replaced, and the treatment system was still a week or two from being operational. We discussed having a new agreement signed to cover the period of time until the treatment system is fully operational and the system is producting water below the MCL for arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Have a new agreement signed if necessary. | ||
