| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/3/09 Called Tim & left message for him to call back to discuss coliform samples and the need for a public notice. 12/8/09 Tony Bella from the system called and said Tim has asked him to call me. Tony lives on the system and Mel Olson has been helping them try to figure out what is causing the positive coliforms. I let Tony know that they need to get 5 temporary routine samples for December. If all are negative they are back onto quarterly sampling. I emailed the unresolved positive coliform and public notice template to Tony and asked him to distribute the filled out notice to all users and send us a copy for the state and file. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further smpling & obtain public notice. | ||
