| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform sample 12/23/09 DETAILS: Called Pyxis labs to get contact for water system. I had another name in the file but no phone number. The lab indicated that Christine Lippe was the contact for them and her phone is 503-631-2057. Contacted Christine about the positive repeat and she indicated that it was taken at a kitchen sink that has a swivel & aerator. I let her know the isnt a good location. I let her know the samples should be taken at a sink that doesnt have swivel or aerator. They said they will disinfect the system. I let them know they will have to take 5 temporary routine samples for the month of January. I also let Christine know that they will need to do a public notice. I emailed her the public notice template for unresolved coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing & respond if necessary. Complete system information form to update contact information. | ||
