| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Mrs. Green and she doesnt know why the positive sample. No previous history with coliform. Possible testing error on there end. 4 repeat samples to be submitted by the end of this week. Difficult to submit samples within 24 hours due to the location of the church, 2 hour drive from the lab. Informed Mrs. Green about the new Ground Water Rule. System does not use treatment so one of the 4 repeat samples can be from the source. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples submitted. Waiting for results. | ||
