| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey follow up DETAILS: Well not properly sealed during sanitary survey on 11/19/09. Robbin scheduled Oregon Water Services to assist with the well casing and they properly sealed up the hole/air vent in December 2009. Sanitary Seal & casing now watertight and meets the requirements of the drinking water program. No longer a deficiency ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
