| Details: | SUMMARY: SRF Funding Application DETAILS: The Oceanside WD owns and operates a Surface Water system. The District supplies water to 375 full-time residents through 750 connections. This includes services to the communities of Oceanside and Cape Meares. The high number of second home accounts for the low resident to connection ratio. The District treats water from Short Creek through a packaged rapid sand filter plant. Water is pumped from the clearwell to two separate reservoirs. HBH was contacted by Mr Tuckey to provide assistance with completion of a Letter of Interest (LOI) for the SDWRLF. I reviewed the work on the LOI that had been completed by Mr Tuckey. Provided cost estimation for a new water treatment plant for the District and provided clarifications on what information is needed for the LOI. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
