| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study - Cooper Creek WTP DETAILS: The City of Sutherlin owns and operates a Surface Water system, which supplies approximately 7,800 people through 2,800 connections. The City operates two water treatment plants. The Non-Pariel Water Treatment Plant treats water from Calapooya Creek. The Copper Creek Water Treatment Plant treats water from Copper Creek. HBH was contacted by Randy Harris to perform contact tracer studies on both water treatment plants. Performed Contact Tracer testing at both plants. I completed Contact Tracer study for the Cooper Creek WTP. As the report states, the CT for the Ridgewater development is below the requirements. For the rest of the water system customers served by the Copper Creek WTP, the CT values are acceptable. ACTION NEEDED: Complete tracer study for Non-Pariel WTP. | ||
