Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Tried calling 1/5/10 at 4:59pm. Phone was busy. Spoke with new operators Sam & Sharon. The system chlorinates, they were unsure as to why the positive coliform. Umqua Research Co. out of Bend takes the water samples. They said someone was out the other day and collected 4 samples. I informed them of the new Ground Water Rule (GWR) and the required sample from the source in addition to the 4 repeats. They said they would contact the lab and request an additional sample from the well. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples required. 1 source water sample per the new GWR. Waiting for results. 5 temporary routine samples required in February 2010
