Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Spoke with Jack Harris regarding 2nd nitrate alert over half the MCL for Jan. 2010.Jack said this was supposed to be a special sample submitted for confirmation. The level is down from the original sample on January 14, however the level is still over half the MCL. Jack will keep Lane County posted regarding the information at the next city hall meeting with the state office ACTION NEEDED: None
