| Details: | SUMMARY: Multiple Monitoring and Reporting Violations Validated DETAILS: Called Betty to discuss outstanding validated violations for 2009 (DBP and Coliform) and 2010 (TCR). In addition, Betty has not yet responded to the WSS deficiencies identified in the 2009 WSS. Betty does not know if she collected the samples or not. I explained to her that it was very important to collect the required water quality samples. If there was a mistake in reporting she will need to contact Chuck Michael (I provided his number). If not, she needs to include violations in 2009 and 2010 CCRs. She said she is working on response letter to WSS and hopes to submit it by the middle of next week. Also discussed issues with Bettys daughter Shirley. Similar response. ACTION NEEDED: Talk to Brad Daniels about enforcement. Watch for response letter. | ||
