| Details: | SUMMARY: inventory/documentation DETAILS: 11/16/09 Site visit to newly discovered system. System was located because a house that is for sale served by the system is going through the loan process and it was discovered that the spring served 9 homes. The loan officer called me and we were unable to locate a water system number for the system. 11/18/09 Met onsite with loan officer, real estate agent, rep for the system and hiked up to the spring box. Filled out paperwork for the system but could not get the rep for the system to agree to be the operator. Discussed the two deficiencies noted during visit. The lid for the spring box is not water tight & over flow for the spring box is not screened. 11/24/09 The house is owned by the credit union and the rep from the credit union agreed to be the contact since each home on the system is part owner of the system. Once the sale of the house goes through the new owner will become the system operator. 11/25/09 Chuck Michael from the state sent me a water system number. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain sampling for system & perform survey & complete Emergency Response Plan when operator takes over system. | ||
