| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitroing and Reporting Violation for Nitrate at EP-B DETAILS: Called and left a message for Duane and Roxanne Hand regarding the violation for the failure to collect a 2009 nitrate sample from EP-B. I explained that after the last survey the monitoring requirements were changed for the system and that they need to collect a nitrate sample from EP-B when the well is in use. ACTION NEEDED: Collect nitrate sample form EP-A and EP-B during 2010. | ||
