System supplies a restaurant so 2ndconsecutive quarter non reporting constitutes critical violation. System simply did not submit sample. Lab called 1/29 and system submitted sample 1/27. 1/29 results coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take on time quarterly coliforms samples. | ||
