| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Violation for non reporting 4th quarter 2009. Called Gary and discussed both this system and Skyline. Gary simply forgot to take sample for 4th quarter. Discussed public notice and Gary will post at park kiosk and get me a copy. System took sample 1/28 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take on time quarterly coliforms samples year round. Skyline is seasonal and will take quarterly sample at start up in April. | ||
