Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate tested 5.6ppm DETAILS: I spoke to Phillip about the test being above 50% of the MCL. He has been reliably and consistently below 10ppm and is now on an annual testing schedule. The testing is being done at the time of the highest historical reading which is the first quarter of the year. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of next annual test
