Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke to Jim Eubbink on 1/18/10 regarding the latest positive coliform. Jim was unaware that his contract provider did not conduct field visits for repeat sampling. I informed Jim of the repeat sampling requirements and the five temporary routine samples required for February. I have not worked with Jim before. I provided him with a coliform sampling plan template and emergency response plan template, and operations and maintenance manual template, protocols for other operators and the sampling schematic for ground water systems with less 1000 population with routine total positive results. Jim was going to Water Lab in Salem to get his repeat sample containers on 1/19/10 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to work on education components with the operator and wait for the results of the repeat samples.
