| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke to Aaron regarding the coliform result. He stated they submitted five samples but did not take one from the source. He indicated they would submit a source sample on 1/19/10. We discussed the new ground water rule requirements for repeats testing with regards to positive results. He was informed of the requirement to submit 5 temporary routine samples in February. Aaron will be taken over the daycare for his parents sometime this year and will be the contact for the system. The system is under plan review for installation of UV disinfection that was installed in 2008 without approval. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the results of the repeats samples. | ||
