| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Jenny and informed her of the alert. She was not aware of the positive results for the repeats. She said they will chlorinate well and retest. I reminded her to do the public notice and send into the state. She said they already notified residents. I gave her web address of the state to download template and asked them to fill it out and give it to residents. She does not know what caused positive test. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
