| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: In checking on the alert it appeared the coliform was attributed to a distribution sample but had been entered wrong and it should have been entered as a monthly source sample result as the distribution sample for the month was negative. In talking with Box R lab and Michelle Byrd, it was determined that no further action was required on the alert for the source at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor monthly source sample results for coliform. | ||
