Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Mr. Umbarger to discuss the continuing positive coliform. Since it was a positive of one of the 5 temporary routines he will need to do 4 more samples. I advised him to wait until he does a cistern cleaning then do the samples. One cistern is not getting much use and it needs to be cleaned and sanitized before tetaking samples from it or lines from it. Told him the repeat needed to be taken before February 13 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to follow
