| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on nitrate DETAILS: Well #1 was changed from an emergency source on 6/16/09 to a interim source. A nitrate and bacteriological sample was taken for this source prior to its being brought on line. The results as of 6/8/09 were 7.42ppm and bacteriological came back clear. This source was used for less than 2 weeks while well #3 was being worked on. ACTION NEEDED: Change status back to emergency as of 7/1/09. Operator will resubmit nitrate sample results for well #1 to state and the phthlates follow up samples that were taken on well#3. I sent info to Michelle Byrd from historical contact reports that showed data was miss labeled in database. | ||
