| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing nitrate DETAILS: System is listed as a violator for 2009 nitrate for EP-B and EP-C. I called Paul and he said he thought the lab had done all three because he had shown her all 3 entry points. I checked nitrate monitoring history and it shows all 3 entry point results for 2009 submitted on time. I called Chuck Michael and left him a message to question why they turned up as a violator. I also noticed one entry point sample for nitrates was done in January 2010 so I called lab and she said the other 2 entry points were not yet accessible due to snow. I reminded her to be sure to do the other 2 entry points this year. ACTION NEEDED: State to evaluate violator status for 2009 nitrates. | ||
