| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation resolution DETAILS: I spoke with Gidget about the violations and explained what needed to be done to come into compliance. She was aware the state was notified late on the coliform sample. She was not sure if the nitrate sample was taken or not. She has since changed laboratories. I helped her with monitoring violations template to conform to her needs. ACTION NEEDED: Gidget will make every effort to ensure the tests are taken and sent to the state. | ||
