| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: I called and spoke with Danielle and explained that follow-up positive samples trigger additional sampling requirements. The water system was chlorinated after the second set of positive samples were taken. A confirmation sample was taken. The system failed to take the required 5 routines the following month. The system has hired a new laboratory to take samples for them to reduce the risk of failure to monitor. I gave Danielle direction to the on line public notice template and how to use it. ACTION NEEDED: Send public notice to the state, Klamath County and patrons of the system. The system will be diligent in all monitoring requirements. | ||
