| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violations DETAILS: Called Teresa and we discussed monitoring that should be done on the system annually and quarterly as well as violations that have occurred because sampling has not taken place. I explained that a public notice must be issued for water system and directed her to the sample template. ACTION NEEDED: Provide notice as template directs and post in a conspicuous location. Provide a copy to our department and the state. | ||
