| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring coliform DETAILS: Temporary routine samples taken on 12/24/09 positive for coliform. Spoke with Mr. Scott and they have Alexin Lab troubleshooting the situation. The system will issue a public notice for coliforms. I referred Mr. Scott to the Circuit Rider Technical Services. He will take 5 routine coliform samples in January. 2/23/10 Spoke with George, repairs have been made will be sampling tomorrow and will be sure to mark as routine sample. He may do a special in the distribution system also. System did public notice as required and copy was transmitted to state. ACTION NEEDED: Monthly sample for February required | ||
