Details: SUMMARY: System received violation for non-reporting nitrate in 2009. BOTTLED WATER USED FOR DRINKING DETAILS: Kent Hansen received a violation notice that a nitrate sample had not been collected in 2009. He called to check on what labs are available now in Umatilla County. NOTE: BOTTLED WATER IS PROVIDED ON SITE (5 GALLON DISPENSERS) FOR DRINKING WATER. THERE ARE NO DRINKING FOUNTAINS AND THE WELL WATER IS USED FOR EQUIPMENT WASHING, HAND WASHING, AND THE BOILER. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Hansen will collect samples for nitrate and coliform
