| Details: | Today I attempted on a few occasions to contact the operator by phone with no success. There is no voicemail box. An email was sent to the owner explaining that his facility failed to submit monthly coliform sample for the month of July. It was explained that the facility is responsible for monthly coliform sampling and that one had not been submitted for August as of yet either. | ||
