| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP violation DETAILS: Left message on Dans phone explaining the test for DBP was performed December 2, 2009 and this is unacceptable because this test must be performed in the summer months. Told him to schedule test for summer. Spoke to Dan on phone 2/24 and he said normally done in September but it was missed and done late. He will reschedule for July. ACTION NEEDED: DBP test in summer months. | ||
