Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Called Bob and he indicated he didnt sample in 2009. I let him know that he just needs to sample for it ASAP. I let him know as soon as the state received the sample results he would be back in compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for nitrate results.
