| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Sunny called to report one of the second round of repeats was still positive for total coliform The positive sample was taken from a kitchen sink. He has disinfected and flushed the well twice now and asked if he should try a third time. I asked Sunny to take a sample directly from the well head so we can determine if it is a source water problem. I also asked for a copy of their public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on source sample and advise operator | ||
