| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper DETAILS: I asked Melvin about the copper 90% and he said only one fo the sites was high and he thought the average would be alright. I mentioned the 90th percentile is not an average of all samples. I asked him if the treatment plant ,stripping tower, was functioning properly and he said it was. I asked him to take another round of tests. Melvin wasnt happy to have to spend more money on testing and said he would check his test results and get back to me. ACTION NEEDED: Determine if treatment for lead and copper is working, take additional tests. | ||
