Details:	SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethylene DETAILS: System had been sampling quarterly due to a tetrachloroethylene detection, see attached results. The schedule should have been changed in March of 2009 to yearly. The system has been reliably and consistently below the MCL and the sampling schedule has been modified to yearly. ACTION NEEDED: Sample yearly thru 2011 then return to 3 year cycle.
