| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: System did not report 4th quarter routine coliform sample. I called and spoke with John and he said he would contract with the lab to take the routine samples. I gave him the system number and told him to make sure the number was on the lab slip and that the lab forwards the results to the state. A routine coliform sample was taken on 2/1/10 and received at the state on 2/18/10. Sample was absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
