| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up DETAILS: Sent letter dated 2/5/10 to Karen Kelley, Jay MacPherson, Royce Boyd and Nancy Sawka(DEQ). Nancy forwarded all lab results to me. I met with new owner, Royce Boyd, to discuss the findings. Under the facilities restaurant license, we issued the facility a critical violation for the Benzene and 1, 1-Dichloroethene results. Benzene 18.4 ug/L and 1, 1-Dichloroethene 7.3 ug/L results from 8/11/09. Under the license, we required the owner provide public notice to the employees and recommended they provide the notice to the customers. The new well is still scheduled to be drilled ASAP.
