| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Called Phil to let him know the state hadnt received a 2009 nitrate sample. He said he would notify the president of the board to follow up with me. I let Phil know that if a 2009 sample wasnt taken they need to take the 2010 samples ASAP. He said he would pass along the info. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for nitrate results. | ||
