| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting coliform DETAILS: Called and the previous contact, William Davidson, is no longer at the camp. Karen is the new contact along with Renee Wood. She indicated the lab sends the results into the state. I told her the reason for the violation was the results were sent in the 13th of January and need to be in by the 10th. I told her she should speak with her lab to figure out what she can do to be sure the sample is reported by the 10th of the month following each quarter. I also notified her that I will update the inventory to reflect the new contact. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for 2009 results and monitor for 2010 results. Send inventory update to the state for new contact. | ||
