Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: Called Karen & left message that a nitrate sample for 2009 was not submitted to the state. I let her know that if they did take the sample to fax the report to this office. If they didnt sample they need to ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Monitor database for nitrate result.
