| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: 1/14/10 Called system & left message for Mike that they are behind in lead & copper testing. 1/20/10 Mike called and I let him know they need to sample ASAP. They should also take water quality parameters. He said he would be sure to get them done. 2/11/10 Mike called and asked if I would call lab to let them know what all we needed because he could find the note he put the test request info on. I called Mark Leed at Pyxis and told him to get lead & copper tested as well as water quality parameters. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for lead & copper results. | ||
