| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: 3/2/10 Scott called and asked about his violation. I let him know that they are supposed to be sampling annually for nitrate. The system will start sampling quarterly for coliform. I also suggested they have the lab have the test results sent directly to the state. The system sent a 2009 nitrate result as well as a 2nd quarter coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for test results. | ||
