Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Spoke with Vance to discuss Surface Water Treatment (SWTR) reports. Vance said he was sure he had done one as we had gone over this earlier last year on another violation. I had visited the system and worked thru the coliform calculations and helped Vance fill out the forms. Vance said he would look thru his files and fax me a copy ACTION NEEDED: Wait for report October 2009
