| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform follow up DETAILS: Called operator Mike regarding 2/15/10 routine positive. He had already taken 4 repeats including one source water sample. Roats also gets some water from Avion system at this location so we discussed taking an additional repeat sample at the entry point where water from Avion is received to rule out this as a source of contamination. Discussed developing a written Triggered source water monitoring plan to include sampling avion sources that provide water to Roats. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate future action. Continue to take monthly samples and develop and submit triggered monitoring sampling plan to meet ground water rule. | ||
