| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform follow up DETAILS: Routine coliform on 2/19/10 positive. Raw source sample also positive. Called Karen and 4 repeats had already been taken yesterday and results all absent. Lab stated that originals as well as repeats all had yellowish coloring to start and a coliform positive result in distribution is odd since system chlorinates. Karen will still take 5 temporary routines in March. Discussed the need to record chlorine residuals on lab slip. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in March. Continue to take separate monthly samples from source prior to chlorination and get to Springfield until end of season, October. | ||
