| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting violation follow up DETAILS: Violation for non reporting coliform 4th quarter 2009. Called operator 1/15/10 and discussed. Some miscommunication with lab and no sample taken 4th quarter. Explained that 1st quarter sample should be taken ASAP and public notice posted. Susan called lab and requested sample and posted public notice at park kiosk. Sample pulled 2210 and submitted 2/8 and negative. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking on time quarterly coliform samples and ensure results got to the state. Verify arrangement with lab. | ||
