| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: 2/1/10 4th quarter coliform not reported. Spoke to Kerri on the phone. She claimed that the test was done and results were mailed to the state. She will send another copy of the results to the state and to Douglas County as well. We discussed the Significant Non Compliant status of her facility and a letter was sent describing the situation and remedial actions required. ACTION NEEDED: Submit next 2 quarter samples on time. Ensure results are sent to the state. | ||
