| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Called operator and explained the coliform sample was missing. Due to the fact that 3 quarters of coliform samples were not reported on time over the course fo a year, this system will become a Significant Non Compliant(SNC). Discussed what a SNC was and a letter was also mailed. 2/22/10 Called operator and discussed the missing nitrate sample. He said the sample was done and should have been sent. He will contact Delta lab and forward the results to Portland. We discussed getting this years sample in on time. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sampling reports to ensure that samples are submitted on time. | ||
