| Details: | SUMMARY: Non compliance of system to provide a trained operator DETAILS: Called Ron on the phone and discussed need for a trained water system operator and Direct Responsible Charge (DRC) for the system. He was aware that training was required but was unable to attend any trainings or take the course on line, he does not have access to internet. I suggested he contact the system in Glendale and try to recruit a trained operator to be the DRC for the system. He said he would try to do this but would prefer a mail in training course to be developed. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
